Quiet and isolated surrounding in 50 hectares property. Olive trees and mediterranean woods all around. No artificial noise. Green common areas. Wide swimming pool filled with natural source water. Lounge areas with sofas and tables all around the property. Fantastic lighting giving a suggestive views. In the property a private horse race track used to train own horses.

Costs include the use of the swimming pool of 22 m x 12 m and a possible test of horse riding . It is included in the price of trulli cleaning with change of towels and linen once a week. A request is made the room cleaning, changing linens and towels change with additional costs.

On request we organize aperitifs and dinner by the pool; several typical restaurants of the area are affiliated with us. 

The Mediterranean breakfast consists of milk, coffee, tea, biscuits, honey, jam and juice. Guests are free to wander the farm and take the fruits of the season.

Need to take care of own waste, using a waste deposit in the road nearby the property.

Make good use of water as it is a precious item in South of Italy.

Swimming pool maximum height is 1,85mt, tough not needing lifeguard. Care of children in the swimming pool is responsibility of adults.
